Default brake problem

2000 gsr, i noticed today that my drivers side rotor is being destroyed because my brake will not disengage when i let off the pedal, its only happening on the front drivers side, so im figuring its the caliper, but i was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions. i would just go tear everything apart and figure it out but its 0 degrees out so i would like some direction. also its not throwing anycodes and the abs light isnt on either.
