Default Boosting the LS :)

ok so i'm going to boost my teg and already have a used turbo kit that i will have in my posetion in like a month and a half. it is a t3/t4 turbo with 2.5 inch piping and the intercooler is about 2 feet across and 1 foot in height with hks bov also with a apexi afc. i have a b18b1 with 143k miles and the motor pulls hard as ****. when i get this thing on should i run the boost at 6 psi with stock fuel injectors? he has 720cc injectors that he can give me but i dont want to be burning that much fuel for a daily commuter.
also another thing i have the skunk2 mega power exhaust... will HAVE to change my whole setup to 3"? can i still run the skunk2 exhaust system? i read somewhere that stock gsx eclipses have 2.5 stock for their exahust so i dont see why not...

btw i'm getting everything for 900 bones

Nice deal on the kit.

If I were you I would definately NOT run stock injectors, even on 6 psi... even on 3 psi lol

I picked up my DSM 450's for 40 bucks shipped... Pick some up, and learn how to tune your car with uberdata... Your car will run better and you will learn a LOT more about your car, and how everything works.

You can run the 2.5" exhaust but I don't see why you wouldn't want to go with the 3"...

yeah nice deal, and this guy is right, pick up some dsm 440s (theyre cheap), resistor box for them, and learn UBERDATA!!!! trust me on this one, i used the afc hack for about 3 months til i blew something. uberdata is basically the same as hondata but without the huge price tag.

afc for turbo apps. =

if you need any info/help on uberdata, PM me I can help you out.

it really isn't that hard to understand after a while, and it's fairly easy to chip the ecu yourself, I chipped my own ecu myself as well. Are you going to do your own tuning or have a shop do it for you?

edit: check the classifieds or FI classifieds, I'm sure you'll find a cheap chipped/socketed ecu. Don't pay more than 150 for a chipped p75.
