Default to boost or not to boost

should i boost this or should i just go all motor with some cams and nitrous? i got a newly rebuilt engine for in my 1996 integra gsr. the b18c1 has 10.6:1 compression with forged pistons. I also have arp head studs. other than that its just a basic rebuild. Aftermarket parts include:
-greddy evolution cat back exhaust
-aem short ram intake
-act clutch
-uberdata

-any other suggestions feel free to post them.
-i still haven't had the car dynoed or tuned

me personally would boost because I want the higher output of horsepower. Dont get me wrong though, i give most respect to the guys going all-motor and going fast. Like a lot people are gonna tell you, its up to your budget really.

first off nitrous is not all motor a good header I.E not DC,cams, valvetrain and a good dyno tuner will make you happy. My all LS hatch with many bolt ons plus cams and valvetrain stock bottom for now smokes a lot of mild turbo gsr. All motor can be awesome and a lot cheaper than buying and maintaing a turbo
