So last night i was coming back from the store and i hit this HUGE *** pot hole..******!...and immediately noticed my car started shaking...i made it back to my house , inspected the rim only to find there is a HUGE *** dent in my rim now, (The front right rim) and the back right rim is bent as well just not as bad..These are Rota c8's but now it looks like im gonna throw a set of 97 gsr wheels ive had in my shed from now on...the tires on the gsr rims are bald..im looking into getting yoko's but whats the best tire size? im lookin at 205/55 or 205/50..what would u guys reccomend..and please dont gimme a lecture about snow, because i dont drive my car in snow anyway. the tires will be going on the gsr rims and ill be keeping them on through next summer.

It has nothing to do with rubbing, it's which one is closer diameter to stock.

195/55 is 23.4"
205/50 is 23.1"
205/55 is 23.9"
