Default back up sensor questions

Recently, we swapped a 97 gsr motor into my friend's 94 ls. We took the motor out of one integra and put it directly into the other. For some reason, the back up sensor was unplugged. So we went to plug it back it in, but there's no plug on the engine harness for it. There is a connector coming out of the passenger shock tower, it's orange, and has two green/black wires, just like the back up sensor, and it plugs right up, but it's plugged into another plug in the engine harness. The wires are way too short to reach the tranny though, they are only long enough to reach the engine harness plugs on the tower.

If anybody has any clue about this, please help.
