Default B20 VTEC???

Ok guys, I've been a honda enthusiast now for several years. I recently swapped in a JDM B20B in my 95 dc4 Integra. Awhile back I purchased a COMPLETE B16 head, and am now thinking of the age old ls/b20 vtec setup. Since I now have the complete motor and a whole vtec head, I am asking an opinion of should I combine the two or take another path. If so, what internals would you replace on the B20 so its done RIGHT the first time. Just throw your opinions out there and any experince anyone has had first hand with a B20 VTEC. I know for sure the torque of the B20 with a VTEC head should fly, but I also want reliability and come out of it with some cash left over. Thanks.

put'em together. How many miles are the the B20 cause if they are low the internals should be fine. hell if your gonna take it out to put the head on you might as well change internals put some stronger ones in and boost it.

yea the motor only has 30k miles on it and feels strong and pulls nicely w/o the vtec, so, lol, I can only imagine how it will feel with vtec.
And yea I have searched around a little bit, just want to see some more people's opinions on this idea really, see if anyone has done it first hand.

font know the horsepower and torque. i havent had it tuned yet because i cnt find anyone to tune it yet. but it doent really feel as strong low end bt top end is a noticeable difference. put it this way, it use to be a b20 wit i/h/e in a DA and i would get pulled on by 350z's by like 3-4 cars, the other day i beat one by about 3-4 cars. i dont know if that says anything. but right now im on a stock p30 ecu and ill be switchin to crome pro and tuning very soon so it should feel way faster after than im sure.
