Hey, I want to get a type R but do not have the cash to afford one....Was wondering if ts possible to get a old but in good body condition LS and drop a B18C5 into it with tanny and all? Would this work?, if so how much would something like this cost?

Expect the engine, tranny, and ECU to cost somewhere between four and five thousand dollars. An Integra rolling chassis should cost right at about one thousand dollars, and then you'll need an interior and probably some other items to complete the car. Plan on having about seven or eight thousand in the car, or closer to ten thousand with 98+ bumpers, correct lip and spoiler, shaved body moldings and a good paint job.

the ITR chassis is much different than any other trim integra. you will never have a real ITR unless u get the chassis.

and yeah its very possible...people do it alot...but it would never be a type R...always an LS
