Default B18C1 question

Whats yall. I'm fixing to buy a 1997 Acura Integra GSR. The guy I'm buying it from has the B18C1 engine stock with no reinforcement part to close it. Can it hold the boost pressure from Turbonetics Drag 3 kit. In the picture and on horsepowerfreaks.com the turbo doesn't look extremely powerful. But i don't want to blow my engine apart before i get it sleeved. His post doesn't say how much psi it runs but it has 265 HP from the stock 180. By the way the turbo is complimented with fuel pump, injectors, fuel pressure reg, etc. I just want to know how long it might be able to hold. And he had it dynoed 3 years ago but it has been sitting in a garage with limited use.

well the b18c1 actually is stock with 173 hp. but you can adjust the psi to whatever you'd like. my friend has a stock ls motor, built for a turbo, with a turbo, and is running 12 pounds of boost. his output dynoed is about 305... his car is fine, motor is strong. the gsr motor is even stronger.
