Default auto Vs. manual engine differences???????

just found an engine for $700. Its from a 95auto. Are there any differences or sensors that i need to be aware of to remove or reinstall. The engine doesnt come with the tranny.

For a long time I never thought that there was a diffrence. Until some guy here on hondatech, bought a car and had it checked out and found that the transmission in his car was converted to MANUAL before he bought it. He said that the cams and a couple more things were diffrent. Do a search, you might find it.

crap, that means good or bad things? Im taking the engine, which appearantly is from an auto equipted car and installing in my manual equipted car. This is a bad idea??

You're going to need and LS manual ECU.
he has a manual car already. read the whole post.

the engines are the same. if you look at honda/acura's specs on them there identical hp and tq. you'll have no problem puttin that in.
