Default Alternator Belt

To tighten the alternator belt there is a bolt on top, but where is the second bolt?
Do I have to get under the car to get to it?

its on the bottom, u can tighten that one first and then push the alternator back and then tight the top bolt.

I would semi-tighter the bottm bolt to let the alternator swing more freely

it helps to have a friend to hold the alternator in place while you tighter the two nuts
