hey guys im in the process of swapping an engine over here are the details.

i will be putting in 94 integra rs engine in my 00 integra. will use the 00 engine harness and using a obd2b to obd 1 ecu jumper and running a obd1 p75 or p06 ecu.

my question is what year dizzy should i get the 96-01 straight plug in my engine harness or 94-95 and get an dizzy jumper?

cheaper and simpler to just get the obd2 dizzy vs a harness+dizzy. or trying to repin or something.

 

yeah thats what i was gonna do. obd1 vs obd2 dizzy is the same tho right? (internally) one doesnt have more sensors than the other?

 

nothing that would make one(obd1 vs. obd2) "better" then the other. so yes I'd agree internally they're the same

 

Do you have anything from the 00 engine? Because the alternator and injectors won't plug and play either with the 94 engine.

 

yeah im using the fuel rail and injectors as well as the alternator that came with the gsr engine. im swapping in a integra rs/ls due to the gsr having bad rings and valve seals. and just because the rs/ls engine was sold to me for 220 complete long block
