So over the last few days I have noticed that my air has stopped blowing as hard. Today after about 15 minutes in the car it slowed to almost not blowing at all. I could hear the motor spinning but it was clicking a little, I turned the air off and back on hoping that would solve the issue... and when i turned it back on it stopped all together. I let the car sit for about 8-9 hours while working and came out and it started blowing fine, then slowly stopped... Any ideas? the blower motor, resistor? Any info appreciated

 

Will it "slow down" when set at any speed?

It sounds like a connection problem, to eliminate the blower motor as the problem make a temporary ground for it, using a jumper lead ground one end to cars chassis, [any ground point will work] stuff the other end into the ground side, [blue/black] of blower motor power plug, blower should blow at full speed.
If blower does not slow down the problem is most likely the blower resistor. 94

 

Yes, it slows at any speed, which led me to believe the resistor was going out... but I'm not certain. And thanks for the input on checking the motor! Any more insight is greatly appreciated.

After reading the manual, your assessment sounds about right. The resistor is likely toast, but test it first to make sure.
