so i have an integra with a stock motor, and i cant get it to start, it cranks but wont turn over
ive checked the timing and all the fuel lines, fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuses, starter, the ecu, all spark plugs have spark
ive checked everything i can think that would be wrong with it and i still cant figure out whats wrong with it so please can anyone help me!!!

it may be the crank sensor (among many other possibilities, of course). it should throw a code. you should check

If it has fuel, spark, and compression with the proper timing it should be running.
One of those are not working. Maybe your not putting out enough fuel pressure.

When you say "it cranks but wont turn over" do you mean that it turns over but will not fire?

El Crapitan, the 90's don't have a crank sensor. (Well none that i'm aware of!)
My suggestion to the OP is to re-check your spark and fuel. Another thought is that the ignition itself is messed up.

they do. located inside the distributor. when they go, you may have spark, but it will be erratic. when checking spark, you have to pay close attention to it's consistency as well. it would throw a code as well. always check for codes first. the system is there to be utilized

there's also a tdc sensor located inside the distributor which could cause the same symptoms. that as well would likely throw a code.
if you can get a hold of a test distributor, i'd give it a try

Could be a bad main fuel relay.

well the car isnt throwing any codes, but ill try a diff distributor and see what happens, and i checked the main fuel relay and its also good

Yea a distributor would have been my next guess.

agreed with el crapitan and bank2me. this problem comes up alot, car should be starting but doesnt, and very often its the distributor. happened to me twice, and others countless times.

will it start if you kick start(push start) it?

^^that method is only used to bypass the starter. his engine cranks
