Default 5 lug conversion question

i know its been covered a million times. But i want to know what exactly i need to buy for the 5 lug conversion. Here is what i think let me know what else im missing.
front
hub
bearing
rotor

rear
hub
bearing
rotor

do i need to change the calipers and the knuckles too?

Needed: Front knuckles, calipers, rotors, rear trailing arms with rotors, and calipers. Optional: JDM/USDM rear LCA's.

By switching to the ITR rear lower control arms, you will need to switch out the rear suspension to an ITR application... (no more FORK style mounting like the 4 lug integras have)...
