Default 5-lug conversion

Does anyone know if the wheel track will change if going to the ITR 5-lug conversion? Currently, all regular Tegs are +45mm and ITR is +50mm offset. Will going to 5-lug changes that?

Please note that the wheel track I'm referring to is the distance between the center of the left and the right wheel.

not 100% sure but i think that being the ofset is different then the wheel track will stay dsame. but the actuall hub placing, i think the R is abit more wider than the regular ones.

So, after the 5-lug conversion, do I get wheels with 45mm or 50mm offset in order to achieve the factory spec?

If you swap to the 5 lug, then you need to get wheels with an offset for the ITR.

I changed my wheel nut and I had to pound out the hub off. I wonder what if I just buy a Type r hub and 5 lug rotors and make it into a 5 lug type R. Is that possible?

You need ITR calipers too becuz they are bigger. I remembered seeing a site that shows how to use ITR calipers and rotors without changing the hubs, etc. It required something like shaving few millimeters off the back of the caliper brackets.

I think you need to change out the hub because you will need a 5 lug hub. I got a pair of 96 jdm r calipers actually the whole front suspension but only 4 lug from a 96 though. No rear So I figure maybe I just change the hub out along with rotors then Ill be straight....but will see....
