5 lug conversion?
I know for sure that you can just swap hubs off the rear because the rear trailing arms are almost the same, just the ITR ones are a bit thicker, not sure if you could use the front knuckles though, but it can probably be done.

just found out earlier today, that it can be done. will need frt calipers but the guy im getting the itr wheels from i am also getting his willwood brake kit as well.
