Ignition does not turn on, lights on dash do not turn on, checked battery and connection good, checked all fuses good. What else can cause this problem?

I would double check your battery, usually when there's no cranking(engine not turning over) it means your battery drained and needs to be recharged.
Would any one else chime in with another opinion? Ignition switch???

Start by checking the batt. voltage, if it is at 12.5V redo your main grounds, DO NOT just eyeball them, disconnet/clean/reconnect the batt. post and cable clamp, batt to chassis and chassis to engine grounds, rad support to VC and the termostat grounds.
Grounds are a common problem on any older car. 94

Im in the middle of refreshing my car and had a similar issue while testing something. In my case is was a bad valve cover ground. So you may want to check that. Earier this year it was the ground cable to my battery so check yours too.
