American Honda’s 2026 Focus On Value
2026 will be the year of focusing on solutions for the current market.
New car prices have been hitting record highs across the industry.
American Honda is making this their focal point with a goal for 2026 to provide affordable products with a fresh outlook.
Belief in Cultivating the Future.
Value-oriented trims targeting new customers and existing ones looking to upgrade are main focuses. The smaller Honda Civic and Acura Integra focus on the younger market, while the Accord, CR-V, and the new ADX will be great options as those folks looking to upsize to match their lifestyles.
Following the popularity of establishing ‘third places’ in nature, Honda plans to roll out a camper setup that can be towed by the CRV.

Return of a Household Name.
The RSX will be returning in the second-half of 2026. It comes back as an electrified SUV that targets the customer base that once likely owned the original 2-door “DC” chassis.

Enthusiasts such as myself that once loved their DA9, DC2, and DC5’s will now have a chance to continue that love with the new platform.
With it being an electrified SUV, it may align with where we are now in life, likely with a family and different living situation than when we had the original. Hopefully it maintains that fun sports-car feeling that we all once lived for.
