A Honda For Your Collection Of Classics – 1977 Civic CVCC
If you have always wanted the car that put Honda on the map, now is your chance. We found this clean CVCC for sale in California
When it comes to finding a clean and original CVCC, you usually have your work cut out for you. We found this remarkably clean example in the Los Angeles and it looks to be well taken care of. Although it appears to be all original, some small things here and there were changed out.
On the outside, the re-paint which was done in 2009 still shines well, and is described as having only minor cosmetic flaws. All trim pieces are intact and on the car. Springs were changed out for lowering sport springs, and the car sits on 13 inch rims, which are one inch larger than the stock ones.
On the inside, a hidden head unit with multiple speakers makes the commute more enjoyable, and the original radio is still in the car. Unusual factory upgrades are included, such as the wood trim package and factory pod gauges.
Under the hood is the CVCC motor, but that has also been upgraded. Weber carburetors are installed for ease of service, and electronic ignition was installed for smooth performance.
You know this owner was dedicated to his car, considering he has kept all the original parts that he changed out. So if you do buy the car, the original springs, wheels, and even the carbs will all be included if you wanted to change it back to original. Sale price? A very reasonable $4,950.
