Will wheels with an offset of 42 fit on 6th gens? Both coupes and sedans?

What model of car are you referring to?

And what wheel width are you asking about? Clearance depends on width as well as offset.

im talking about 6th gen accord 4cyls. Will 7.5" wide wheels with an ET of 42 fit both coupe and sedan?
