Default car shakes after 60+

Alright it starts off like this I noticed when I had my 17's on and had a spare on the back that my car started shaking when I went over 60. Well I put del sol wheels (hit a pot hole and got dent) on and the problem stopped. Fast forward I bought a set of 15in rota ss on and the problem started again , when I go over 60 my wheel starts to shake. The more I go over 60 the more it shakes. Can someone give me some advice? P.S. the nuts are tightened using the cross pattern and they all are at 33 psi

Have the rotas balanced. Just take it to any tire shop and tell them you need your wheels/tires balanced.

Yup. Since the vibration only started with this set of wheels/tires, you know that's where the problem lies. They may be out of balance, and that is the most likely cause, in which case getting them balanced properly will cure it. If it doesn't go away, other possible causes are something with the wheel (e.g. if it's bent - which may show up during balancing) or a defect in the tire. But just get them balanced and that should fix it in most cases.
