that looks like a subaru turbo flange.. what is this going on? and what turbo is being used?

It is indeed, its going on a Toyota Glanza, using a TD04 off a Subaru.

Did you weld the inside of the collector? Or is that the penetration from welding the outside?

Heres a Vband wastegate, can't find the rest of the manifold pictures just yet.



Heres another 1 for a Toyota Starlet using a Subaru turbo. Different design which allows you to use a stock rad, (the other uses a Honda Civic rad)

3/32 on the flange joints. 1/16th on the rest.

I've made an Evo manifold today will take some pictures when i get chance.

Heres something I made today.

Evo 9 turbo onto a Del sol, b16a2.

A/c compatable.

Using twin scroll, will be ext wastegate with a divided takeoff. Not finished yet.
