It is indeed, its going on a Toyota Glanza, using a TD04 off a Subaru.

Did you weld the inside of the collector? Or is that the penetration from welding the outside?

 

Inside also welded.

Heres another 1 for a Toyota Starlet using a Subaru turbo. Different design which allows you to use a stock rad, (the other uses a Honda Civic rad)

I don't use pulse on the machine, just on the pedal.

i thought you were using 3/32 rod

 

What does the size of the filler have to do with the pulse setting?

 

i wish i just had such materials laying around to weld a manifold for my car..

 

3/32 on the flange joints. 1/16th on the rest.

I've made an Evo manifold today will take some pictures when i get chance.
