FOR SALE: All-Motor EBP EM1, uber hot and fast PRICE REDUCED

i'm throwing my civic up for sale, VIN is available upon request.
please see the links i have provided to gather basic info on the build and the setup.
This car has had nothing but meticulous attention to detail through-out this build, but with most 5 year involved project cars, has some flaws. Any interested buyers will be provided with a detailed list of flaws and concerns.
This car is fast, ultra reliable, and tuned by Tom Payn.. The engine build has about 10k on it, and has only run Mobil Syn and GM synchromesh since the beginning. Since the post i have changed the intake to a IB spec Velocity stack with KN filter (but i will include the exact intake setup used when dyno'ed) also added the huge Earl's oil cooler with mocal thermostat adapter, and switched out to Yoko Parada Spec 2's with about 20% tread remaining. The wilwood kit was ditched and was replaced by great condition ITR front calipers with Factory pads for street, and Cobalt friction spec-B pads for the track, goodridge stainless lines, and Cobalt SPEC-R rotors. This car has been raced at gingerman raceway and performs amazingly. very well balanced and the gearing vs. power plus the brakes and the Tein suspension make it a racecage away from being a serious Honda Challenge or similar competitor. The CF hood fits great and is super lightweight.
Pure attention to detail in every bolt, nut, and fastener. Suspension is anti-seized to hell and in awesome condition.
I'm looking to sell this car for $12,000 and my price is semi-firm.
all the stock parts i have will be provided at purchase including the perfectly removed and complete P/S and A/C components.
The front and rear bumper arent in the best condition, but presentable. Due to this, i will provide the buyer with a brand new factory sealed but unpainted OE front bumper, and a RED painted authentic Mugen front lip.
The 16x7 spoon wheels are authentic, but have been raced on for years. They are permanently covered with iron and caked on brake dust and would need to be media blasted and re-annodized to be made showroom again. They are still presentable from 20 feet, and have never been curbed, scratch and dent free. Plus, they are 11.8 pound forged racing wheels, looks come second.
The motor burns about an average amount of oil for a 12:1 ITR swap, even less if you use a heavier weight oil. The oil cooler is drastically helping to increase the life of this motor.

This car was built by a serious enthusiast and would appreciate a serious buyer. An ideal buyer would be knowledgable about the parts and techniques used to produce the results this car offers. This car has 5 years of blood, pride, and tears. I will cry when it drives away. I will offer 1 month of contact to the buyer to answer any questions about the build, etc.. but after that i would rather just have my memories.
Its time for me to move on, and would love to see someone continue this cars legacy.

peter is one of my all time favorite people, and this car is my all time favorite 99-00 si.

Everything about this car is amazing. I have been lucky enough to drive the car and i must say it was a pleasure. Peter does everything 100% right and his attention to detail on his projects is second to none. Whoever gets this thing is one lucky SOB. I just wish it could be me.

Even though this is sad I will give a strong vouch for Peter and this car. He took his time building this amazing car and sacrificed tons of time and money to make it perfect. It is perfect. I have drivent this car and if i had 13k I would pick it up to keep it here in MI. Peter good luck with the sale.

Holy crap I cannot stress with high enough regard how well this car has been built! Peter is an awesome vehicle owner and a super meticulous person. The car pulled away from my supercharged GSR and looked and sounded incredible while doing it. I'll never forget how amazing the car is even after she leaves the 075.
Bump for the car and the friend that inspirited me to build my own Honda. The new owner will NOT be let down or in any way dissapointed. She's worth every penny and then some!
