Default Timing Belt Problems

I have a b18c1 in my 96 civic and for some reason my timing belt tries to creep off. By that, I mean that it runs but the belt pushes against the plastic belt cover. The engine is freshly rebuilt with less than 300 miles and I replaced the belt, water pump, and tensioner when the rebuild was done. The belt tension is reasonably tight, but not overly so. I'm not sure what could be causing the belt to want to come off other than one of the gears not being aligned properly, but even them I'm not sure what could cause one of the components to be knocked out of allignment. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Missing crankshaft timing belt guides or bent timing parts are the cause.

The only parts it interacts with are the water pump (new), the cam shafts (very carefully handled and undamaged), the crank shaft (new), and the tensioner (also new).
Everything was installed correctly and torqued to +/- 1ft-lbs of spec.

Nobody has ever mentioned a timing belt guide. Do you have a picture?

Quick google search and I'm finding that I do not have, nor have I ever had, belt guides installed on the crankshaft. I'm kind of wondering why this problem hasn't arisen before now ...

Edit: I guess now I need to know where to get one and how to install it. I know how to strip all the components off of the crank shaft but, like I said, I've never had to deal with that particular piece before.

Edit 2: Found it. Somebody posted a useful link in a completely unrelated thread that led me to a parts store with diagrams and whatnot. Now to figure out installation ...

Any chance somebody knows where to find a guide on installation for this? It should be simple, but I really don't want to chance it.

I spent about an hour trying to find stuff on google and all I came up with was timing belt installation procedures that happen to leave that particular component out. If you could upload a page or two from that section, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks for actually reading ...
1) I already have the part I need ordered
2) It's a b18c1, not an h22

So what if i ******* added the h22 which is what i picked up from previously myself. That site normally has numerous service manuals you ungrateful ****.

Also that oem website tells you all parts you need installed and their location.

Again, i shoulda passed up this thread and not bothered to offer any help to you you ungrateful ****.
