Icon2 Tail lights not working.

hey guys my buddy and i just finished piecing my 95 ex coupe together. we have run into a problem though. my running lights are not turning on and my brake lights arent either. i do have reverse lights but nothing else in the back. i checked the grounds and all the under dash fuses are good. any ideas of what it may be?? is there a relay that could have gone bad? please help me out guys

Check whether voltage reaches the bulb sockets.

There is no relay for the park lights, [running lights].

Do any lights turn on when the park/head light switch is turned on to park light setting, [one click] front, rear, front side markers, dash illumination?

If not, test the red/black lead at the Combination Light Switch for power when switch is on. 94

if you havent checked already fcm's post yet, check that. make sure the right bulbs are in the right place. i had a similar issue with my integra that i just traded for and the brake lights were only working when the headlights werent on. id cut the headlights on on and when i pressed the brake my bumper lights turned on as well as my dash lights... it was wierd i thought the car was shorted and all kinds of stuff. but, come to find out the guy put in a 1156 bulb instead of a 1157. they are always mistaken because its the same type of bulb but 1157 is dual filament for brake lights and 1156 is single filament for regular lights. so just make sure all your bulbs are correct first, and if thats already squared away make sure you check your wires for any shorts.
