Low idle when car warms up

Low idle when car warms up
I have a 97 civic ex . When cold my car idles fine but once it reaches normal tempt it will idle pretty low. It has only died on me once . I recently had mine me swap . My check engine light codes are 35 and 41 which are for both primary and secondary oxygen sensor. I do have them .
Will installing them fix the problem? Or can I just adjust the idle?

Re: Low idle when car warms up
Well, since you have both sensors, I'd replace them before messing with the idle pin. If the problem persists after the sensors are changed, put a mark on your throttle pin so you can tell how much you are turning it and slowly tighten the idle pin until you hear the car idling normal. Let the engine cool down and then start it after about 2 off of being off and see if it warms up properly and does not shoot up too high while warming up. Hope this helps, good luck

You could also unplug the negative terminal on your battery and turn your high beams and four ways on for a half hour or so, then reconnect the battery and your car should attempt to re learn the idle.
