horn/taillight fuse keeps blowing

horn/taillight fuse keeps blowing
i have a 94 integra and this just starting happening today all of a sudden. everytime i replace the fuse, it blows if i press the horn OR step on the brake. what could it be? hellllllllllllllllllllllllppppppp thanks

More than likely a short, but those can be a pain in the *** to find. I would look around the tail light area first, but the fact that it blows if either of those are switched on makes me think it is around the dash. Sort of weird to have two wires shorted to ground after the switched portion of the circuit, and I am pretty sure the horn is frame grounded. Try disconnecting the horns and see if it still blows the fuse when you press the horn. If so, it might be in the steering column, as the tails are routed through the combo switch.

theres a tool made thats its like a short finder..u pass it through on top of da harness and its like an analog meter and if the needle jumps theres is where the short is..

Are you talking about an inductive ammeter? If so, that really can't help much, as the flow of current is almost immediately disrupted by the blowing of a fuse. If you are talking about a multimeter, then it is more of a general purpose electric tool, and not really for any specific task.
HuskerHybrid: What things have you checked so far? I am pretty sure GMs are wired the same way (with the tail light current going through the steering column) but am not sure. You means you are having the exact same symptoms as OP?
