Eg 92 Fuel problem NOT STARTING

Eg 92 Fuel problem NOT STARTING
So I just got a new fuel pump main relay and spark plugs. When I first try to start the car it turns over and I don't hear the fuel pump prime. And it will just keep turning over .and once the fuel pump primes .the car will start fine but the next day I have the same problem does anyone know what this could be

CHECK THE CURRENT TO YOUR PUMP MAKE SURE ITS WELL GROUNDED ALSO CHECK FUEL TANK FOR SEDIMENTS LARGE VOLUMES OF SEDIMENT CAUSES PUMP TO STICK MOST OF THE TIMES U CAN CHECK BY LIFTING THE SEAT AND PUTTING A FEW KNOCKS ON THE COVER NOT REAR FOR A CAR OF ITS AGE

My del sol is doing the same thing. I have been told that it is because the electrical load detector is bad. I also have the lovely thing where a previous owner cut up my ecu harness though.
