Not particularly bad until it gets to be a month or more.

cuz i noticed that whenever i start my car it kinda stuters at first and it starts idleing smoothly. Thats when i haven't driven or started it for more than a week.

No oiling problem. Though with what you describe, you may have an injector leaking down over time.

It would tend to load up one cylinder. When the engine starts, that cylinder will be rich, therefore it might sputter and studder untill it clears out. Have someone keep an eye for blackish smoke on startup.

Wouldn't that do the same thing when he parks overnight? I'd expect that over a week that gas would have time to evaporate.

Take a small coffee can fill it half way with fuel, put it in a dark cool place. Measure the level when filled and in a day and in a week. Report back.

It's a honda, it can take it. It's much worse to start it but not let it reach operating temp before shutting it down. And even then, it's still a honda, it can take it.
