B18c cam gears alignment.
So I replace my cam gear oil seal and when I'm about to put back my timing belt I can't get my intake cam "up" mark straight up. My exhaust mark is dead on. Any suggestion on how to fix it? My oil pump mark and crank mark all line up

Clock wise? The motor turns counter clockwise. The alignment marks on the side are off my just a little. Maybe by putting the belt and tighting everything everything will line up?

There is a tiny hole in the cams and in the cam cover so you can pin them at tdc,
I stuck an Allen wrench in both of mine during install this ensures that they stay tdc while fitting to get the t-belt on.
It's a hole on top of the cam cAp/cover closest to the cam gears.

I was able to put everything back together and line everything up on the dot, and now the car is up and running. I didn't know about the hole, it would have helped a lot if I had known sooner well thanks anyways now I know for next time.
