To ride slammed?
550 front
350 rear
Need a massive front rate to help reduce (can't prevent it altogether when slammed) bottoming out. Run a softer rear rate to try and preserve some semblance of ride quality.

What shocks? Yeah 550 lb/in up front to keep from bottoming out if you're really slammed, but probably nothing short of Koni Sport or Bilstein HD's will be handle them, as far as OTS shocks are concerned, and even that's pushing it. Higher than 550 lb/in you start getting into needing custom-valved shocks, which is big $$$$. If you don't, the shocks will blow out in relatively short time.

seems like a soft rear rate. 450F 400R is popular around here, i would think you would get the car a little more neutral with 450-500 lb out back.
as for the op.....when are people going to grasp you can't ride reject dumped low and get a decent ride or can that can handle well on anything but the smoothest surface.

Then I got tired of driving in a slab of concrete, and went Koni/GC...430f 375r. With the adjustable shocks, it's so, so much more comfortable than the skunk2's.

The question is how long you can stand riding on springs that can only be so "comfortable." For me and my skunk2 pro-s coilovers, it was two years.

Is this spring rate for a DD setup? How low is your ride? I'm trying to find a good spring rate as well for my R. I want my ride low not slammed also with the best comfort possible.
I know this is sort of a hard thing to achieve but I'll settle with the best I can get.
