coil-over spring rates
i got some tokico blues for my ek and plan on getting some ground control coil-overs,i kno i need atleast teg spring rates cause of the b18 but i was wondering what would be the pros and cons of getting the spring rates stiffer and how much should i go cause i want the ride to be stiffer
practically all aftermarket springs will have a higher springrate than factory...pros and cons depend only depend on how much comfortable ride quality your willing to sacrafice...most spring rates can range from anywhere to 150 - 400 ...
pro: better handling
con: feel bumps
note that you need good shocks to accomidate higher spring rates

so what are standard spring rates for integras and what would be a good setting for stiffer springs on a street car, feeling the bumps dont bother me imused to lowered trucks
iunno the exact rates for stock but its fairly low...there is no real good setting..its all preference..and how stiff u set your shocks also..but if u really must noe some numbers..i have kyb agx shocks and hnr sport springs...but i can't remember their spring rates rite now...i think around 150ish?
