Default coil-over spring rates

i got some tokico blues for my ek and plan on getting some ground control coil-overs,i kno i need atleast teg spring rates cause of the b18 but i was wondering what would be the pros and cons of getting the spring rates stiffer and how much should i go cause i want the ride to be stiffer

practically all aftermarket springs will have a higher springrate than factory...pros and cons depend only depend on how much comfortable ride quality your willing to sacrafice...most spring rates can range from anywhere to 150 - 400 ...

pro: better handling
con: feel bumps

note that you need good shocks to accomidate higher spring rates

so what are standard spring rates for integras and what would be a good setting for stiffer springs on a street car,feeling the bumps dont bother me imused to lowered trucks

iunno the exact rates for stock but its fairly low...there is no real good setting..its all preference..and how stiff u set your shocks also..but if u really must noe some numbers..i have kyb agx shocks and hnr sport springs...but i can't remember their spring rates rite now...i think around 150ish?
