Default I'm I running lean?

After some time now trying to figure out my overheat problem, I thought of something. I changed my plugs about 2 months ago,and today the ring around the porcelain/tip is black, the porcelain itself is still very white like new, my timing is set right. All plugs are like that except for #3 since it's the only cylinder that burns oil, so it's covered in deposits, compression is solid at 180 on all 4, 2 months ago I went to go get something to eat after work, temp went up a bar and I heard pinging, I run 91 Octane and my timing was set correctly, the pinging stopped after that and I haven't heard it anymore, I have replaced everything in my cooling system and she would overheat when she wants too, at idle or driving at any speed, she hesitates at low RPM's and sometimes high rpm's but I think thats misfiring. Still has good power for an auto when she doesn't bog or hesitate. But is it possible that my overheating is actually being caused by running lean? As of today I drive 15 min to work only cause I thought my headgasket was gonna blow soon, I run with the ac now and it blows cold, (Found out a year later it works lol) and when im running the ac she hasn't overheated on me yet, so where can I start to find out why she's running lean? i sprayed soapy water all over IM and nothing. Any ideas on what to check? I'll take pics of the plugs tomorrow or monday and post them so you guys can see. TY

Took her for a long drive and she didn't overheat when the AC is on, is this because more fuel? Doesn't the AC bring more heat? Timing mechanical and ignition is spot on, maybe I should try a fuel system cleaner

Lean condition won't cause that - sounds like you have air in your cooling system and potentially a HG issue.

Running lean wouldnt cause overheating. Check for air, water pump?, re-compression. Go from there.

your way overthinking this. bet you havent checked if your fan is coming on. AC turns on your second fan, which is why you arent getting hot when the ac is on

It still overheated. Took like 4 days tho, it overheats when it wants too, I will re check compression go from there, but other than that a spark plug shouldn't be that white especially after 2 months

Have you swapped in a Honda thermostat yet? Is it only overheating with the ac on?

Yes, I put in a OEM thermostat, when I took it out a few weeks back it had like green residue on it, possibly coolant. No it overheats with or without the ac on, the ac doesn't make it overheat faster or anything like that
