Default HELP car running rich

So my del sol with b16a swap is running really really rich!

I can start it and give it a little gas and it will spray black soot everywhere. My bumper is covered in it too. There is no CEL's what are some things that would cause the car to run soooo rich?

A faulty FPR, dirty/bad injectors, low compression, problem with the sensors in the distributor, and improper timing are the main possible problems. Check your fuel pressure, valve timing, igntion timing, and cylinder compression. Poor cumbustion can sometimes look like a rich mix, or can make it worse. Whatever the cause, your plugs will be dirty and contribute to the problem. They should be cleaned or replaced as soon as you find whats wrong.

Oh, and of course pull your spark plugs. See if all cylinders are having problems or just some.
