95 honda civic dx fuel pump problems
i have a stock 95 honda civic dx 1.5 and i cant get the fuel pump to turn on it has a new main start relay from honda and a new fuel pump. i have power in the main start relay number 1 and 5 with the relay disconnected i jumped 1to7 and had power at the fuel pump(checked with a test light) with the relay connected i have no power please help.
