Default Will a clutch/Throw out bearing from HF work on Si tranny?

I have a good clutch from my HF that I am hoping will work on Si tranny so I dont have to buy new one.

Is it compatible?

as long as the spline count on the flywheel is the same as on the input shaft on the transmission, and the clutch diameter matches the flywheel, then yes
