Default b18 into civic won't crank after alarm disconnect

to who ever thinks they can help,

I'm working with a car when bought never ran, fixed the no spark prolbem
still no fuel pressure will fix that later.

In the mean time I wanted to fix the leafs in the blower / took off the dash and all the wiring harness power washed the engine bay - removed the alarm system re-soldered the wires to key

NO Crank

checked the fuse box and fusible link, key checked good on muti-meter

Question would the wiring harness in chassie on the passager side need to be connected because of the clutch safety switch

I also noticed a red/black wire was cut with lime green connecter under the dash on driver side would this be bypassed because of the alarm and now
not making the car crank?

all grounds are connected and car cranks with jump from battery to starter,

thanks looking for more info about the car 5-speed b18a1 obd 1 civic

Most likely a relay installed on the starter wire or something similar. You will either need to trigger the relay or remove it.

Did you forget to reconnect the transmission ground wire?

Does the engine still have spark?

A Blk/Red wire is for the starter solenoid. It changes to a Blk/Wht wire at the starter.

You also need to fix the fuel problem.
