HELP! B18B1 block/B20 head - low, rough idle and adjusting idle screw doesn't help
I have a 99 hatch. It has a B18B1 block w/ B20 P75 head. Vehicle consitently idles at around 500rpm. Motor idles rough and its aggrivating. I tried adjusting the idle screw on the throttle body and its only a temporary fix until the next time I start it up. Let me know any ideas.

I remember reading something somewhere that you have to unplug the iac valve, set your idle, and then remove and install the backup fuse in you engine bay fuse box, plug in the iac, and restart the car.... its been a while but I think that worked for me..

My IAT sensor is not connected, would this be a factor in my idle?
