It should not be a "roll of the dice" or "Russian Roulette" type of deal! They advertise a low mileage JDM engine that has been compression tested and gone through, therefore, this is what the customer should receive. No one is perfect and things escape inspection/detection, but at the end of the day they should stand behind their engines. They should not stick the good faith purchaser with the short end of the stick. I know people who purchased engines from Tiger and have had good experiences, I'm just sharing my experience with their inability to rectify an error on their part.

I mean, you can't even file a claim over the phone. That's ridiculous! A++ for the man who mentioned Hmotors. Those of you who continue to purchase from Tiger I absolutely wish you the best of luck, I just hope mine and other's experiences with Tiger weigh into your decisions.

Peace

JDM TIger located At Ontario.. It not very far from me. I went into the store and talk to peoples and seem like they o.k. I never brought from then but if something goes wrong, I'm pretty sure they try to do something..

my cousin just bought a h22a w/ lsd tranny only to find out the it is a non lsd guess where he bought it. to the guy who says jdm swaps arent worth getting i got my b16a 2.5 yrs ago and still runnin just as strong as i got it. matter of fact when i got it i took the valve cover off and it looked like a freshly machined head on the inside. btw i got my swap from jsa motors they r a little pricy but worth the quality if u ask me. i ogt full swap harness, ecu, axles, shift linkage, tranny, and full exhaust mani for 3200 scratchless

for $1500 you could have gotten a nice b18c sir-g engine with trans. so why did you spend more? you shipped it back?

from where

Ive bought two b20b from them, both very clean and zero issues

sucks to hear the horror stories but every place has them, was highly shitty that you got sent an engine of different specs from what is advertised

Is this a fact? I've never seen a complete swap for $1,500.
