Mainly its a matter of shipping costs, I live in Alabama and I had an engine shipped from main Maine and it only cost like $150 , whereas an engine from California cost $300+

Actually, Newman's on the West Coast. (Cali to be exact) Sorry man.

yea I got my last 2 motors from Hmotorsonline. they are great if I can't find someone closer I'll probably continue to use them. Then again closer doesn't mean better HMO has good prices and good engines and good service. Just wondering if anyone was closer (would also be nice to maybe take weekend drive to pick up motor maybe even pick my own out of their stock.

IAS has a good rep from what I hear-- They're all USDM motors, at least I think so? but they're a good one, I forgot about them.
I would not send my worst enemy to Osaka- They have a horrible rep for ripping people off, etc. They're in Canada..
