Code P0108 MAP Help
1996 ls integra.
getting this code. car chokes sometimes when throttle input is light off the line. has a slight miss also.
previous owner had a switch wired to the map for some reason. ripped that **** out and reattached the plug in stock formation. i should have looked at it more closely before i removed it i guess.
plan on slapping on another sensor.
if this does not fix the problem, does anyone know how to wire the map directly to the ecu?
my pinout says plug D, pins 3 and 4 are "map" and "sensor voltage for map" respectively.
to avoid confusion and my ignorance, could someone show me the plug colors that go to these 2 wires at the ecu? and, can i run the third map plug wire to any good ground.? or, does it have to run to one of the sensor grounds at the ecu for some crazy reason?
thanks in advance.
i just finished putting a z6 into a 96 coupe. i finally got it to run with no cels and pass safety inspection. it was a wiring nightmare for me. i am not good at electrical stuff. it scares me into thinking i am going to burn something up.
