Started workin on a little project that needed to be addressed.

The UK signals I got were pretty dirty and unfortunately had some damage the seller forgot to mention..

Nice and dirty



Cracked plastic





Paint over spray



Supplies



Taped the inside so the silicone wouldn't go too far through and seal up where needed



Cleaned up



Used silicone seal where needed to try and prevent any leaks, hope it works





Off today and tomorrow so hopefully get some work done on the harness.

We'll see what happens..

I believe they are just 240cc. I just did some research on my JDM ITR Injectors. I was wondering the same thing.

i also did research and saw the controversy on the 240/290cc and didn't know which to believe. Cooper showed interest in buying them but i didn't know the answer to the cc amount so i just thought it'd be nice to give them to him as a gift for his build that i admire and am inspired by. i hope they work out for your homie.

I used some small pliers and flat head screwdriver to stick it down lol

I've heard both ways, we'll see what they go to when it gets tuned

Either way one of mine had a crack in the orange plastic and that's why I pursued injectors. Just turned out Dan had some OEM obd2 plugged injectors and hooked a homie up, thanks again man



Have today and tomorrow off, so I ran and picked up some some supplies from a local electronics resourcing store and got some stuff to start workin on the harness

Still waitin on the dizzy, but should be here by early next week. Just gonna have to wait to do those wires..

I had an idea to put a quick disconnect on the harness for the longest time, no milspec but this should do just fine for street use



- Male connector
- Female connector
- M/F pins

Connectors..





And connected as one unit



Should add a little convenience, hopefully it doesn't turn into a bigger headache lol

yeah the itr, gsr, b16's and y8's all got the same 240cc injectors.. same part #'s for all of them.. H22 injectors has the 290cc, that woulda been nice though.. brave guy to attempt that mil spec harness! should be a breeze since you have patients for detailed work

Only thing bad about the (Tyco) circular connector is that it's not waterproof. I'd be careful when you drive in the rain and or wash the engine bay. I know a guy that used one of those connectors and with water lost a motor when an injector failed. Happened right at that connector.

Aside from that, your build is amazing, man. Great inspiration to all! Keep up the good work.

i thought h22 inj off the 92-95 h22vtec where 310cc or 340cc not 290cc..? lol

I believe H22 injectors from the 4th Gen Prelude are 345cc whereas the 5th Gen are 290cc.
