Help....how do I replace the power steering belt on a 93 Civic EX 1.6 VTEC
I want to replace ALL the belts, but I don't see a tension screw for the power steering. I know I can just cut it to get it off, but I need to be able to put the new belt on! I need help!

Go pickup a helms manual for your car. It has everything you need, and will be helpful for future refrence

Well, I have the Haynes manual, but it only tells how to replace the first belt (which I think is the AC belt.)

loosen ps pump bolts, remove belt, put new belt on, position pump as to tighten belt, tighten bolts

Isn't there an adjustment bolt or something like that like there is on the alternator and the A/C?

not on the single cam adjustment is made by sliding the ps pump up and down on the bracket.

The adjusment bolt for the PS pump has the wingnut head. If you're replacing all the belts, back it all the way out then remove the 2 bolts that mount the pump. This will make it a lot easier to get to the belt tensioner bolt for the AC compressor.
You sure you know which pump is which? PS is the top one, AC is the bottom one. The AC belt is the harder one to figure out and deal with. D16Z6's also have the front tourque mounts and you have to remove the front left one in order to get the compressor belt off. I decided not to bother. You can just loop it over the mount in order to get to the alternator belt.

Actually, I think it's the AC belt that needs to be replaced. It's the second belt, which is the one on the three pulleys ( I believe the alternator belt is the last one).
I already remove the power sttering belt (the one with the wingnut on top). I guess what I really need to find out is where the slider bolts are for the AC compressor.

Let me clarify something, the first belt is the power steering belt, which is only on two pulleys, the second belt is the AC belt which goes on three pulleys and the last belt is the Alternator belt? Am I right? The one I'm trying to get at is the second belt (the one on the thee three pulleys). I saw a 10mm bolt that you can only get to directly from the top of the engine, and I loosened it, but with no luck.

Yah, 2nd one in is the AC. You don't actually have to touch the bolts on the compressor itself. When the PS pump out of the way, you'll see a 14mm bolt that goes through the compressor belt tensioner pulley, the little one. Loosen it. To take tension off, you'll need a 10mm socket and an extension. If you look from the top of the motor, you'll see the bolt that you need to turn. As you loosen it, it will take tension off the belt, same way the wingnut did with the PS pump.
As I said, you'll also need to remove the torque mount to get the AC belt off. Remove the splashguard in the LF fender well. Remove the 17mm nut on the end of the mount and the (2) 12mm bolts that hold it on the frame. It will slide off. Now you can remove the belt.
Definitely do the alternator belt while you've got this one off. Good luck.

You really need to crank on the tension bolt for the AC..it will take a while.. they put fine threads on it..
The PS has only 2 bolts.. one is and adjustment. the other is a pivot..
You will have to remove the motor mount to take off the AC belt.
But at least you don't have to take the AC compressor off

One more question, since I don't have the car here.
I knwo where the 10mm nut is , but where is the 14mm nut you are talking about?
Is it the one between the fender and and tensioner pulley that's really hard to get to? What direction does the nut face if you are facing the car?

OK, that worked..except that the tensioner bolt was bent, so I broke it trying to remove it. I'll go pick one up at the dealership on my way home and I should be good to go. Thanks for all the help, guys!!
