for the 92-95 you have to take off the front lower engine mount to slide the mount through the center of the belt. You have to loosen the 14mm bolt on the small tensioner pulley DO NOT TAKE IT OUT just 1 turn. Then from the top of the motor between the timing belt cover and the power steering pump is a 10mm bolt(it is attached to the pulley assy) you will need a deep well socket and a long extension to reach it. Adjust the tension and tighten the 14 mm bolt nice and tight

^^ X2. Also, you do not have to take the PS pump or the belt off. The AC does not share the same belt as the PS pump.

on my 99 civic, the PS, Alt. and the a/c have different belts. but to change the a/c belt on mine i have to loosen the PS pump to take hte belt off since the a/c belt is the middle belt between the Alt. and the PS pump, the pump being on the outer most side. so i take my PS pump belt off, loosen the a/c idler pulley to loosen the a/c belt, take the bolts off of the a/c compressor mount and slip it inbetween the frame and the mount

or you could just cut the belt to take it off if u are replacing it but ull have to do that same procedure to put a new one on

it must be different on the eks cuz i had to take off the power steering belt to get at the ac pulleys. My problem is, i dont no if its a motor mount or its part of the a/c compressor but it goes into the actual body of my car, and im not sure if i gotta take that off 2 get the belt through that or if it goes over top of it. I am also having trouble finding where the hell there is an adjuster, i no it has to do with the small pulley up top, just cant find out how it moves. thanx 4 the help

Its not. I was just wrong. You all are right on having to take the ps belt off first to get to the AC belt.

Yes it is the small on on top and did you read my first post? Read it again!! sorry no pics. and the belt has to go around the ac bracket. I have always pulled the bolts that hold front lower motor mount then take a pry bar and work the rubber mount of the bracket if it is old you might have to replace it. I think it is about $25.
