Default 94 civic ex spuddering

What's up so I'm driving my car and out of the blue it started spuddering then died. Ok after checking I found my rotor came off inside the dizzy got a new one everything was great again. Wrong it's been getting ****** . It ran good for a week then the spuddering came back. I'm on week three and I'm sick of this car maybe you have had the same prob and got through it let me know what I didn't check yet.

Your cars been getting ******? What am I doing with my ride lol but anyway was the inside of the cap damaged when the rotor came off? ...and what did you determine caused the rotor to come off?

The cap itself was not damaged but the plastic guard under the rotor was . The screw witch holds the rotor on backed itself out so the rotor spun freely and my car shut down . Will that cause the timming to jump a tooth? Just asking cause I have not checked that yet.

Cool I will. Oh I almost forgot. I did a ecu pull and the code was 21 my vtec valve is bad or stuck? It's the first time I have seen this code, is it a easy fix ?

put some antiseize on the threads of a new screw and tighten it back on tight
