bosch o2 sensors are 49.99 for the upstream and 57.99 for the downstream, thats from autozone, you can probably get...

there may be as many as four, i would have to look to tell you, you should have at least 2, an "upstream" located on the exhaust just before the cat and a "downstream" just after the cat

if the code says an O2 sensor is bad then change the O2 sensor, they do go bad, alot.
its not uncommon for them to work fine cold, but not at all hot, and vice-versa

SLAMMED, i will be replacing my master cyl this weekend and replacing the lines with one continuous piece of brake line to eliminate the clutch damper, that stupid soft hose, and the clutch joint.

its real easy to put the timing belt on one tooth off, my brother did it on his civic and it did about the same thing, idled a bit rough, and had no power when accelerating, we pulled it apart, reset...

pull the distributor cap and see if the rotor spins when the engine cranks, if not it's a bad timing belt. I doubt that's it, since you said it was running fine when last parked, but it only takes 2...

mine did this to the previous owner last year, ended up being the fuel pressure regulator, it was getting fuel to the rail, but not through the injectors

motors go for $600-700 at LKQ and transmissions i think go for between $200 and $300.

don't quote me on those prices, thats what my brother told me LKQ quoted him for a D15B7 for his civic

they are discontinued parts, the local ford dealer here sucks, they over charge for everything. the only replacements i can find through any parts store so far are only half as long as the originals....

just because the insurance wont pay to fix it doesn't mean you cant buy it back from them and use the rest of the check to fix it yourself. or sell for parts
