Might want to turn on your parking lights and see if that position turns on.

IIRC the security system flashes the parking lights not the turns. I believe the front turn and park lamps are the same...

Most likely the spark plug tube seals. You can get a full set that includes those the valve cover gasket and valve cover bolt seals.

Guessing you are using a wheel spacer that is just a disk with holes in it.

have you considered wheel spacers with studs attached like eibach pro spacers.

You bolt them to the existing studs...

I think what your concern is occurs when the engine turns clockwise. Turning the engine clockwise can mess up the belt tension and risk jumping a tooth. as long as you use the special tool to...

based on your answer, you don't have a fuse problem. When a fuse fails it's permanent. All the circuits protected by the fuses listed are working.

it is behind the front camshaft pulley. To access it you remove the timing belt cover, timing belt and the camshaft pulley.
