with all due respect i think you are wrong here. on my car heater voltage is coming out of a5 for the secondary sensor all i have done is activated both heater circuits.
the reference voltages are...

i paid 8 bucks from a pick and pull for the same harness in perfect working order.
also i priced them from few local junkyards i use, 40 bucks delivered to my door
yup expensive.

i was thinking that there would be a control issue as i jumped the wires. at this point the light is off i am going to see if the thing will pass smog like this. i will post up my numbers.

you are assuming every civic has that same failure alot do , but all? not the case.
imho it would be way easier to just install a new harness over trying to repair the pins in a broken plug.

are you sure ? on my car a5 most certainly has voltage. the check engine light is now off
i also scanned my car with my vantage and there is no pending codes and my ecu still communicates properly....

try another temp sensor they can be bad out of the box.
here is how you can clean your injectors (although i dont think it is your issue.)
1. remove the injectors
2. get a harness plug that fits...

ok here is how i fixed my issue
there was no voltage at the pin a6 @ the computer, so i made a jumper wire with a few t taps and hijacked voltage from pinout a5 which is the secondary o2 sensor...

there will be soot in your tail pipe if you are burning oil.
if there is no signs of leaks underneath the car. (it would be obvious if you lost 4 quarts in 2500 miles.) and none in your coolant ...

my 96 dx has the code po135 heater circuit. from the searching i have done here i need to test the pin a6 at the computer (thanks ron)
can someone tell me which wire is A six? fuse 15 tests good ...

ive installed somewhere near 100 (possibly more) aftermarket water pumps and timing belts.on everything from mitsubishi, toyota, hyundai and of course a ton of hondas.

that is probably the root of your issues
have the car scanned for codes bulb or not i bet there is some codes stuck in there.
