Well now the temperatures are normal. You still think its the fitv causing the car to idle so damn high 24/7? I disconnected the IACV and it still idled too high.

Weather issues with car

92 civic, 95 integra ls motor.. Never had a problem with it. All of a sudden a cold front came in and now when i turn on the car it idles at like 3-4000RPMs, and then when its a little bit below...

Replaced the plug off a working one. Found out the speed sensor randomly went bad.. I dont understand how it can go bad from one day to the next?

My speed sensor was working perfectly fine. The cluster is fine I got it like new. The speedo was working fine, now it just stays at 0 at all times ( obviously cause the speed sensor stopped work )...

It was in limp mode. I reset the ecu and the car is running fine now with the P28. Lmfao

Could it be that it's in limp mode? This computer was the same exact computer that was on the same motor i have now. There has to be other reasons why it's doing that.

It's the ECU that came with my car. I don't have the money for a p75 right now. The p28 was off a b18b1, which is the same motor i have right now. so what else could it be.

B18 Redline

Eg hatch, B18b1, P28 stock non chipped computer. Motor is running, but redlines at 4k. I put my boys chipped p28 and it redlined at like 5k.. What could it be????

Is there anyway I can use the stock EG hatch Si throttle cable, to fit onto the b18b1? Anyway I can custom make it to fit?

I'll try to check that tomorrow, but could it possibly be the MAP sensor? What are those 3 sensors on the intake manifold. One of em is the MAP sensor, what about the other two

B18 problems.

I just finished putting my B18b1 in my EG hatch. The harness came plugged into the motor already so i really didn't have to plug anything in except for the parts where the motor goes to the car.

Same thing happened to mine. Try connecting a ground from the fan's relay directly to the battery.
